Declutter for CHANGE helps you simplify.
Our mission is to help you simplify your life and create a more peaceful and intentional existence.
By decluttering your MIND | BODY | SOUL | HOME, you can also reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall quality of life.
Are you ready to clear out the clutter and take action in your life?
Are you going through a big change or just feeling stuck, but you know you’re meant for something bigger and better than your current reality shows?
Declutter for CHANGE is here to help you get there!
"Your potential exceeds what your current reality portrays."
When the old you meets the new intential version of you.
If you’re not changing, you’re not growing.
But, when you’re in the midst of change, chaos often shows up disguised as clutter. It’s the old version of you meeting up with the new (intential) version and causing clutter, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
It’s only through decluttering your past ways…
your old stuff…
your old habits…
your old self, that you can grow and move forward.
I know that decluttering isn’t always easy, but it is worth it. I’m here to help you through the changes, make sense of the chaos, and simplify your life so you can be more productive, improve your relationships, and live your best life.
Working with Heather
As I worked with more and more clients, I began to notice a pattern. Many of them were going through big changes in their lives, whether it was a divorce, a move, a health related event, or a career shift, etc. and the clutter they had accumulated over the years was holding them back from moving forward.
I realized that I could make a real difference in people’s lives by not only helping them declutter, but also by offering guidance and support as they navigated these changes.
That’s when I started Declutter for Change – it’s a passion. I believe that clearing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual clutter can help people live happier, more fulfilled lives
It’s more than just the physical clutter
When you work with me, you’ll learn that decluttering isn’t just about cleaning out your closets or organizing your paperwork (although we’ll definitely do that too!). It’s about letting go of the things that no longer serve you and making room for the things that do. It’s about aligning your life with your values and priorities. It’s about creating a space that feels good to you – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through my podcast, I share stories of people who have gone through major life changes and how they used decluttering to help them move forward. I offer tips and advice on how to declutter different areas of your life, from your home to your digital space to your relationships.
And for those who want more personalized support, I offer one-on-one coaching to help you clear out the clutter and make space for the life you want.
I love working with action-takers who are ready to make a change in their lives. You’re feeling stuck in your career, struggling to find the motivation to get things done, or just feeling overwhelmed by the chaos in your life. Whatever it is, I’m here to help you find clarity, make a plan, and take action.
And, don’t worry – I’m not one of those intimidating, strict organizers who will make you throw out everything you own. My approach is all about finding what works for you and creating a plan that’s tailored to your needs and goals. We’ll work together to figure out what’s important to you, what you want to keep, and what you’re ready to let go of.
More about your host
I’m also a mom to two amazing kids who keep me on my toes and test my decluttering skills on a regular basis. We live in a small town and have goals of owning our own tiny-ish home one day, and maybe even a she-tree house in the back.
I’m on The Breakthrough Show Network (Declutter For Change LIVE!) and I have interviews by various businesses and podcasts, including Mother Mayhem: Narcissistic Abuse Recovery for Daughters, Family Entrepreneur Life, Legendary Marriage, Almost Easy, Get Results Club and Art of Living Big.
It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I am so lucky to be able to do what I love every day. I’ve learned that change is constant and inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be scary. With the right mindset and tools, you can embrace any change that comes your way.
